The title for this blog was inspired by a quote that I had once seen painted on the walls of a gym, it read: "When you are not practicing, remember that someone, somewhere, is. And when you meet them, they will win."
I think that this is a quote that can really pertain to all aspects of life, and it's something that I've found has stuck with me over the years.

This blog is a place for inspiration, motivation & encouragement. I've always worked out, but never managed to stick with it, but here is a place where I can physically see my motivation and my progress.
